This page explains how to permanently delete your Flexx AI account and every piece of data linked to it. There are two ways — choose whichever suits you.

Delete in the app Fastest · Instant
If you can still sign in, this removes everything immediately — no waiting.
Open the Flexx AI app and sign in to your account.
Go to Profile → Account Settings.
Scroll to Danger Zone and tap Delete Account.
Confirm. Your account and all associated data are erased immediately and permanently.

Lost access to your account? Send us a request and we'll delete it for you.
Email flexxaiapp@gmail.com
from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account".
We verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days.

Account & login credentials (email, password)
Profile & personal info (name, age, gender, measurements, goals)
Workouts, plans & exercise logs
Nutrition & food logs, meal history
Meal photos & progress photos
AI coach conversations
Health & fitness data (weight history, steps, activity)
Kept briefly, then removed
Purchase & transaction records we're legally required to retain for tax and accounting — kept only for the period the law requires, then deleted.
Anonymized, aggregated data that can no longer identify you.
Retention: In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are completed within 30 days. Legally required transaction records are the only exception and are deleted as soon as the mandatory retention period ends.
